Jennifer
works primarily with management groups from
senior executives to line management. She has
coached senior managers in multinational corporations
as well as designing and delivering training
programmes for major public and private sector
clients. She brings 13 years’ experience
in training and development across different
sectors, as well as extensive experience of
managing business partnerships and new enterprises.
Jennifer’s approach
is both pragmatic and outcome-oriented, geared
towards long-term changes in attitude and behaviour.
She prefers to work together with client organisations
to develop programmes. Her style of working
balances flexibility and debate with a focus
on the overall aim and required outcomes of
an event.
Jennifer followed her Oxford
Law degree with a Masters in Psychology before
taking up a career in training and development.
Her legal background has proved invaluable in
advising clients on compliance with current
stress related legislation, and stimulating
board-level interest in the financial implications
of people issues. |
